First and MOST IMPORTANT:

This Site is NOT an MLM, Pyramid Scheme, or Get-Rich-Quick program. We do not require you to pay any fees ever to join and participate in our site. We do not require you to have a website or sell any product to use our service. We do not require you to refer anyone to our site to use our service. You will not get rich by using our program. We are an internet advertising program.
In order to be fair to our advertisers and to ensure quality communication with the webmaster...
- First purpose of this PTC site is the trafic exchange, not the money earn.
- Purchases which have been properly credited to your account are non-refundable.
- There is no guarantee on Referral activity - purchased or referred.
- All accounts will be reviewed BEFORE payout is processed.
- The cash earned in your accounts is not actual money. Payouts are based on the income of the site.
- Your request are just numbers who help admin to make the math for payments. You can't cashout points and your money from balance is like the points. You can use your 'money' from balance to convert them in ads.
- All issues should be attempted to be resolved with admin before going elsewhere to voice your complaints or issues (such as forums, etc.).
- You MUST click a minimum of 100 links in order to request payout each month. This is for upgraded and standard members. No exceptions.
- You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. Accounts are checked regularly for multiple IP's and other violations. If you will not respect the terms your accounts will be suspended or deleted.
This is a PTC site. We happen to offer PTR, PTSU, and PTP as an extra way to earn on top of clicking. Auto-surfs are NOT ALLOWED. I will be deleting members who are using auto-surfs to promote their referral link for PTP hits, even if you are an upgraded member who has purchased an upgrade for higher PTP earnings.

Multiple Joins
- You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account.
- You are responsible for securing your password. Your password is stored in our database and encrypted. If your account is found to be hacked, we are not held responsible. You may request your password via email if you have lost it.

Referrals - You may have all the referrals in the world if you have the power to do so.
- Admin is not responsible if you lose referrals due to deleting of your referrals for inactivity, deleting for cheat check fails, or any other violation of Terms.
- There is currently no return policy for inactive referrals.
- A referral will not be able to see no changes who has referred them.
False Representing
We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.

Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfeire with our system.

    • Inactive Accounts
    If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings will be cleared.

    Payments - You must manually request for payment to be processed. I cannot be held liable if you put in the wrong payment email information.
    - The cash earned in your accounts is not actual money. Payouts are based on the income of the site. The more income the site gets, the higher the payout conversion is. The actual amount you make is figured once all income is added and the number of payout requests are counted. Every month, the amount you make per request is different. Payouts start on the last day of the month and can take up to 15 days. 70% from site profit will come back to members. All payments will made in function of site profit. If the payment on Alertpay is smaller than $1 after the sharing of the incomes the request payment will be close or the payment will be keep until in the next month: if in next month you will have more than $1 for receveide (real money) then you will get the money via Alertpay. If you requested money via Alertpay and you must receveide less than $1 then you can send ticket suport for change the payment processor with Paypal or Liberty Reserve.
    - Just members who invest in this site in the month when they request money can cashout! Members who invested in avalancheptc.info can cashout just once in 31 days. Just mean, if you want to received money in may they must invest in april.
    - All payments will be made in one single day of a month.
    - If requested money via PayPal or another payment processor and you not receveided money in first 5 days from month then you must send ticket suport with your Liberty Reserve account or Payza account (for Payza you must get more than $1 (real money)). For see how much you must receveide you must take a look in forum. The admin will send you an email or private message if your payment request can't be processed becouse Paypal/Payza or Liberty Reserve policy. If the admin can't send money via the payment processor wich you requested money then the admin will try send you money via another payment processor.
    - Members from all countries are welcome to join, and will be paid if they are provide all the correct informations in their profile, which includes country, first and last name, email and they submit to the Cheating Policy.
    - You must have just 1 (one) request in month. If you will have more than 1 request and you respect all the terms for payments then admin will keep just one request to make the math for payments and will cancel all the others requestes from your account.
    - The members must check this list from Paypal before requesting payout: Paypal countrys accepted to send payments
    ~~~~~~~~~Standard Members calculation of earnings:~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Standard Members should only expect up to 0.1% of their earnings.
    You must have only 1 payment request for the admin to process your payment and you should only request by the 25th of the month to gain higher earnings to receive a bigger share. If you have more than 1 payment request admin will choose one of the requests for payment and will cancel the others. The more you click and earn and request in your cashout the higher your share of the earnings will be.
    ~~~~~Upgraded Members calculation of earnings:~~~~~~
    Same as Standard members but they will have more ads than standard members in their account(remember: the more you click, earn will be bigger). Upgraded members will be paid one half of what you have paid for your upgrade plus a share of the site revenue(remember the more you click and earn the bigger your portion of the share will be) as well as receiving the ads that come with the upgrade and the enhancements.


    Suspends
    Will be able for suspend the members who:
    - cheating
    - do injuries to admin
    - tryed to attack the our sites
    - have multiple accounts
    - discredited our sites
    - send multiple emails to admin or send multiple ticket suports with same subject
    - All issues should be attempted to be resolved with admin before going elsewhere to voice your complaints or issues (such as forums, payment processor etc.). If you will not do that, your account will be susspended.


    Advertising Terms
    -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
    -- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
    -- The website must be english.
    -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
    -- The website must not conatin ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
    -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
    -- The admin's websites who attacked, discredited, blocked ads for our sites
    -- The website's link must to not have brake frames. If the url will brake the frames then the ads wil be delete and the allocated credits will lost.

    Subject to change
    This agreement can be changed. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members with new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will contact us and your account will be removed. Sometime, you will receveide emails from admin. If you not accept the admin's emails you must send ticket suport and your account will be delete or you can delete yourself the account. If you wis keep your account then you can choose that not accept e-mails from admin or paid e-mails from your account -> option Preferences.
